I took a non-linear path into my career, starting college without a clear direction before eventually discovering an interest in accounting. After transferring schools and earning my degree, I began my professional journey in public accounting at a regional firm (Grant Thornton), then transitioned to PwC to broaden my experience and deepen my technical skills. While I appreciated the fast pace and learning opportunities in public accounting, I knew I wanted to move into a role that offered more variety and long-term growth. That led me to Wayfair, where I’ve spent the last eight years driving impact across teams and processes. My work has spanned hiring and developing high-performing teams, building process efficiencies, and ensuring financial accuracy and timeliness in a dynamic, high-growth environment. As a coach, I’m passionate about helping others navigate uncertainty, find their fit, and thrive in their careers—whether they’re just starting out, considering a transition, or aiming to level up where they are.
