I’ve spent over two decades operating inside high-growth tech companies—managing teams, advising execs, and leading through complexity. I’ve coached VPs, Directors, and emerging leaders at companies like LinkedIn, Microsoft, Lyft, and Hillspire (Eric Schmidt’s family office), helping them increase their influence, lead through ambiguity, and scale themselves as their scope grows. I’m ICF-certified, trained through the Center for Executive Coaching, and combine that rigor with firsthand operator experience. With a Master of Education in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard, an MBA from Vanderbilt, management experience at McKinsey, and 2 years at a meditation center, I bring a very unique blend of business acumen and psychological insight to my coaching practice. Using the Hudson Institute’s Leadership Coaching Model, I have a focused approach to help you assess your leadership strengths, identify barriers to your growth, and navigate your future options in a clear and focused way to get to the career fulfillment you are looking for. I will work to design a unique 3 to 6-month coaching program that results in setting and achieving goals you previously thought were out of reach. I've been trained in Stanford's executive coaching program (Arbuckle Fellows), and have coached both clients and team members as they've learned to lead people.
