Package Timeline and Consumption: This package must be fully consumed within 90 days of purchase. All deliverables, coaching sessions, and materials expire after this period with no extensions or refunds available. Client Participation Requirements: Complete client participation is mandatory for package delivery. This includes timely completion of the intake questionnaire, provision of requested materials (current LinkedIn credentials for review, photos if needed), and active engagement during coaching sessions. Failure to provide required input within 30 days may result in package forfeiture. Scheduling and Session Policy: Live coaching sessions must be scheduled via the Leland platform after the review and recommendation has been delivered. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will result in that session being marked as consumed and non-refundable. No-shows will be treated as consumed sessions with no makeup opportunity available. Delivery and Response Times: Profile review and recommendations will be delivered within 7-10 business days of receiving complete client input. Content plans will be provided within 7-10 business days following profile review completion. Coaching sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability within the 90-day package window. Implementation Responsibility: All LinkedIn profile changes, content publishing, and platform updates remain the client's responsibility. The coach provides recommendations and copy-ready text but does not access or modify client LinkedIn accounts directly for security purposes. Results and Expectations: While this package provides professional LinkedIn optimization strategies, individual results depend on client implementation, market conditions, and platform algorithm changes. No specific engagement metrics, connection growth, or business outcomes are guaranteed. Intellectual Property: All templates, content plans, and strategic materials remain Zaradigm intellectual property. Materials are licensed for the individual client's personal LinkedIn use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Platform Access: Access to coaching materials and resources via the web platform expires concurrent with package completion or the 90-day limit, whichever comes first.
