My coaching style combines deep listening, practical structure, and embodied awareness. I create a non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s really going on—beyond surface goals—while also leaving each session with concrete next steps. We’ll usually start by clarifying your goals and what you want to achieve through coaching. From there, I use a blend of approaches: - Presence-based coaching (Aletheia) to help you connect with what’s true for you in the moment. - Action-oriented coaching to break down insights into clear, doable steps that create momentum. Depending on your needs, we may work on goal setting, time management, and stress regulation, or go deeper into beliefs, emotions, and patterns that influence your choices. I also bring in tools from spirituality and mindfulness when clients are open to it. What sets my coaching apart is the balance of depth and practicality: we’ll uncover the “why” behind your challenges, while also building the “how” to move forward.
