As someone who has reimagined my own career several times, I would love to guide you on your journey! I bring an optimistic, problem-solving approach to my coaching - knowing that every challenge has a number of possible solutions. (I think this is my prior engineering background coming out!) My clients have shared that this approach provides them with a sense of calm, and helps to expand their thinking on possible ideas and ways forward. My coaching takes into account the whole person, knowing our professional and personal lives and goals are very intertwined, and I love helping my clients find practical and realistic ways to achieve their goals. I primarily work with my clients live via Zoom, typically meeting bi-weekly but can adjust accordingly based on client need. I am also available via email if a client needs support between sessions.

As someone who has reimagined my own career several times, I would love to guide you on your journey! I am an ICF certified coach with over two decades of experience in talent development and career coaching. I started my career in engineering and product roles, but have spent most of my 20+ years working in talent development at large multinational companies. Today, as a Coach and Co-Founder of Together We, I help people at transition points feel less alone and more confident. One of the transition points I specialize in is career changes. What we do as a career has a big impact on our lives - we spend a lot of our time at work and your chosen career has the potential to bring you meaning and fulfillment. However, feeling like you’re in the wrong career or not knowing what the next step is can be stressful and making changes can often feel like too big a hurdle. I work with a broad range of clients - some who want to advance in a particular field and others wanting to make a more drastic career change. I also love working with clients who have taken a step back from their careers (perhaps after becoming a parent or another life circumstance), and are now ready to make that next move. I am committed to providing you with practical tools and techniques to increase feelings of empowerment and ownership around your career development. Topics I typically cover with clients include: identifying and working with personal values, understanding strengths and how to best leverage them, networking (even for those who hate the idea of networking!), and dealing with imposter syndrome to name a few.
