About Becca
I’m a product leader and holistic coach. Over the past decade, I’ve built and scaled product functions at Netflix, Google, Meta, Instacart, NBCUnivereal and now Stitch Fix, where I specialize in creating structure out of complexity—designing scalable frameworks, streamlining product development processes, and enabling cross-functional teams to thrive. Beyond execution, I’ve coached, mentored, and hired top talent—helping product managers and operators step into leadership with clarity and confidence. I know what it takes to crack big tech interviews, build product orgs that scale, and thrive in high-growth environments. With a degree from UCLA and a background in coaching and fitness, I bring a unique blend of high-performance strategy and grounded healing. I’ve seen firsthand how small shifts in mindset, habits, and self-belief can unlock breakthroughs in both career and life. Whether you’re breaking into product, preparing for tough interviews, or navigating self-doubt and burnout, I’m here to help you build the clarity, resilience, and fulfillment you deserve.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe everyone deserves to feel deeply connected to their purpose—and powerful in their own skin. I’ve witnessed the impact of fear, burnout, and mental health struggles up close, including in my own family. Those experiences lit a fire in me to take ownership of my own well-being and to guide others through their own transformation. Through travel, solitude, and a deep dive into holistic wellness, I discovered that the most meaningful growth often comes from the hardest places—and no one should have to navigate that alone. Coaching gives me the opportunity to meet people in their stuckness and guide them toward strength, clarity, and action. It’s not about having all the answers—it’s about helping you rediscover yours. I coach because I believe fear can be a catalyst for freedom—and that we all deserve to live lives full of intention, alignment, and self-trust.
