We’ll begin with a 1-hour live session to understand your background, goals, and the roles you’re targeting. From there, we’ll move into an iterative revision process: I’ll review and refine your CV or cover letter across multiple drafts until it’s not just “good enough,” but outstanding. You’ll usually have a professional, presentable version within a few days, but we’ll continue fine-tuning until every detail reflects your strengths and aligns with what recruiters (and applicant tracking systems) are really looking for. I focus on the high-value aspects—phrasing, flow, structure, and industry nuance—while you may handle some of the formatting. This ensures our time goes into what makes the biggest difference. Finally, I don’t just deliver a polished document—I also teach you a method for building and updating your CV/CL, so you’ll be equipped to handle future revisions on your own.
